The point he is making is that you should study history to understand the causes behind those events, not just the events and dates of those events themselves.

It is important to push back hard against these misrepresentations and historical distortions, for not doing so will allow our enemies and their vile spawn to murder the memories of our forefathers, and to arrogantly and shamelessly attempt to place themselves in the narrative and take credit for the achievements of our ancestors that they have never earned.

Citizenship and nationality are not the same as ethnic or national identity.

Just because you're born in Australia or you hold an Australian passport doesn't mean that you are part of the historic Australian people who founded, settled and built the country. The same can be said for America and Canada as well.

The founding stock of Australia was overwhelmingly British and other European settlers. And that isn't my opinion that's historical fact. The people in the photos are visibly of Indian ancestry. Sure maybe they're Australian citizens because they have a passport and they've gained citizenship legally but that does not make them part of the founding population in the same way a person of British or broader European descent is.

Legal status does not erase ancestry and continuity. If you're going to use the argument that "Australian" only means "holds a passport" or "is a legal citizen" then the word has been emptied of any connection to the actual people who created the country.

Most Nations on Earth do not accept that framing for themselves. For example Japan doesn't consider someone ethnically Japanese simply because they were born there and neither does Israel, India or China. I find it extremely annoying that you people always make these arguments that basically demand that Western countries uniquely abandon any link between peoplehood and ancestry, yet no one else has to do so. They are the global majority, it's actually us Whites that are the global minority.

You can be a citizen without being part of the historic Nation those two are different categories.
