“Brendan? Maybe Brean? It was a lot of time ago.” she distractedly said while looking at a sparrow relaxing on a branch.

“I just remember him not looking reliable.” The viper said, keeping herself at distance while leaning again against a tree with her legs crossed.

A curious brow now arched at the Viper.

“Do you recall their name?” She enquired, returning her attention to the satchel. Pulling out a small cloth and a flask, she placed them neatly in the grass.

‧₊˚✩彡 OOC ; guys I'm not active here because I'm on a trip. Replies will be sent as soon as I return home!

Zorya's lips curled slightly in response, noticing her humor. She stepped around tree, disappearing behind it for a couple of instants.

“You're the second Cat I've ever encountered.” She briefly said after reappearing from behind the trunk.

[𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙘𝙖𝙩 @juvenilefeline]

“So observant.” The young cat was quick to remark with a hint of playful mockery in her tone before turning her head to glance in the direction of the other, icy feline eyes landing on her medallion.

“Viper. I have crossed of yours’ path before.”

[𝒁𝑶𝑹𝒀𝑨 . @DarknessTear]

“ No I'm not hurt. ” she said, putting her swords beside her while she took a seat.

“ The fight was tough. And I'm probably in a bad shape. ” Zorya stretched out, her back hurting like it had been punched by a dozen of rock trolls.
“ But I've put them all in the grave anyway. ”

Marina was putting two pints of ale in one of the tables when she noticed the door opening and the witcher enter.

"Take a sit, lass. I'll send a pint of ale. Are you hurt?" asked while also picking up empty platters, raising her voice over the usual tavern noise.

“ Alright then. I'll be on my way. ” Zorya picked up her swords and went out of the inn.

After disappearing behind the door, it was some time before the witcher returned. Meanwhile the inn was full of people.

Zorya looked visibly tired once she returned, the strands of raven ≫

"Don't thank me. It's my job after all." Replied the innkeeper before washing her hands, letting the she-witcher put back her boot.

it was just her imagination.

Zorya put her boot back on and got up.
It was time for her to head on to her next objective.
“It's time for me to fulfill the other half of the agreement.”

[𝒁𝑶𝑹𝒀𝑨 . @DarknessTear]

Zorya listened silently to her story, externalizing the burning discomfort she felt to the wound occasionally by a slight twitch of her lips. She watched her working in the mean time, noticing the confidence with which she moved in the space around her.

“I can see this is not ≫

"Mhm." Marina nodded as she knelt in front of the witcheress, Taking off her boot in order for her to check the injury. It was not terribly bad, but it looked painful.

Zorya followed her in the room and looked around, gazing what was on the shelves.

She did as she was requested and took a sit on the bed.
Her wound didn't hurt much, but it burned a little. The sensation wasn't pleasing of course, but she had endured worse.

“You're a healer?”

[Mᥲɾɩᥒᥲ - Parody @AepMarina]

"Yes." Marina nodded to that last request. "Come with me." added while walking towards the entrance one more time, leading the way through the people to a door on one side of the counter.

On the other side of the door was a small clinic, with a desk at the end, the surface +

“Not really.” Zorya was still leaning against the tree, her attention now set on the flames.
Crossing the Nilfgaardian borders wouldn't have been wise in her position.

“You're from the Cat School.” she stated, taking a quick glance at her medallion.

[𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙘𝙖𝙩 @juvenilefeline]

“I suppose most of us are planning the journey back to our schools.”

The young feline pointed out as she reached over to bring the satchel closer, flipping the flap open to rummage through. She didn’t have to glance to know the other was like her, a Witcher.

“Aren’t you?”

[𝒁𝑶𝑹𝒀𝑨 . @DarknessTear]

would be convenient for me to apply some to disinfect the wound.”

[𝒁𝑶𝑹𝒀𝑨 . @DarknessTear]

Zorya continued to look down, trying to assess the damage on the boot's leather.

“It won't be necessary. Once I'll dealt with your vermin I'll buy a new pair” she said with a shrug.

“More than anything else I would need that ointment you mentioned. Before I go downtown, it »

[Mᥲɾɩᥒᥲ - Parody @AepMarina]

“Unfortunately, I don’t have any pair of boots to give or sell to you.” The innkeeper sighed, rubbing her hands against her apron. “I can try and sew the damage, though.”

“Never thought I could've found a colleague around these parts.” Zorya was leaning against a log, light yellow eyes scanning the figure of the woman near the fire.

She recognized the eyes. She was a witcher too.

[𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙘𝙖𝙩 @juvenilefeline]

However, for now she would find a quiet place in the woods to make camp.

Soon a small fire was blazing and she was sat mere feet away to enjoy the warmth of the flames. Quiet and tranquil; it was rather peaceful in the clear starlit night.

With her swords besides her, her light yellow eyes scan the room in complete silence.

― “I don't know if patching is necessary.” Zorya said, giving a short glimpse at her boot.

“If you got some ointment to disinfect the wound I wouldn't mind using it. What I certainly need now is a new pair of boots.”

[Mᥲɾɩᥒᥲ - Parody @AepMarina]

"Ah! Perfect... I'll have these turned into good fur." The innkeeper said happily after the carcasses were put in her back yard. But then she noticed the witcher's boot damaged, pretty much pierced by the beast's fangs.

"You need to take care of that." pointed out. "I can +
