What exactly is JD Vance doing, by the by? He makes a lot of pronouncements and goes on his trips and investigates fraud that has already been investigated. But where he has and can utilize his few true opportunities for power, he does nothing. Trump’s half-ass posting about the Senate blocking him (and still referencing Democrats rather than Republicans) all the while the solution is sitting right next to him. Do they not understand? Do they not really want to solve this problem? Trump only cares about what he cares about in the moment. Republicans have completely stopped doing anything to advance his policies. They flatter him which buys them a few hours of peace each day until he rolls onto something else. JD is still in LaLa Land, still not quite believing how he got here and not taking it seriously. The only one doing anything is Rubio and he spends the majority of his time trying to manoeuvre around the static Trump continually causes. Bessent’s work is excellent but it doesn’t translate on the ground with inflation and gas prices. Pirro is exactly what we need but she is stopped at every chance by an openly corrupt judiciary. All those Executive Orders are worthless and will evaporate without codification. Trump says the same things everyday regarding Iran and nothing ever happens, other than we’re still there - accomplishing nothing. He says he loves inflation. He says he never promised new wars. He says he doesn’t care about gas prices because Iran can’t have nuclear weapons. He started all this because he says he couldn’t negotiate with Iran. Now he says he can end it by negotiating with Iran. And they will still end up trying to get all the materials for nuclear weapons. The Iranian people have been giving at least three opportunities to rise up - however, without guns, they are getting shot off rooftops and hung in the streets. Where are the other Middle Eastern countries? Where have they ever been? Where is the Prince- who keeps saying: “I’ll be right over!” What’s he been doing in preparation for taking over? He’s had at least 30 years, yet he sits in comfortable exile in the US. Trump and the Republicans have wasted all the good will of their voters. It will bad for them in the coming elections (or maybe not - their financial stranglehold will almost guarantee re-election). It will be worse for the country.
