🍀THE BLACK DONNELLYS Thomas P. Kelley
None dared to stand against them, until one man formed a plan to destroy them. The Black Donnellys tells the true story of one of the bloodiest massacres in Canadian history.

🍀THE BLACK DONNELLYS Thomas P. Kelley
The true story of Canada's most barbaric vigilante murders.
Protected by a conspiracy of silence among those in the know, no one has ever been found guilty of The Black Donnellys murders.

🍀 Do you think you've read everything there is to know about The Black Donnellys murders?... well there's more... a lot more.
Federal Court Documents have revealed that The Black Donnellys by Thomas P. Kelley contains undocumented factual information.

If you enjoy reading books that claim to be historically factual but contain fake facts, then you will enjoy "Black Donnellys" by Nate Hendley
The Outrageous Tale of Canada's Deadliest Feud is a non-thrilling misrepresentation of the facts

"I Stole $16,000,000" Thomas P. Kelley
Is based on the true story of a mastermind of crime -- Herbert Emerson Wilson, former ordained clergyman, war veteran, bank robber, mail bandit, safe cracker, jail breaker and convicted murderer.

🍀VENGEANCE OF THE BLACK DONNELLYS
What ever happened to the members of the mob that massacred and burned the two Donnelly parents, two of their sons, and a visiting niece?
Why was no one ever convicted of their brutal murders?

Is Winkler vs Hendley the worst copyright infringement decision ever?
The court knew that the defendants book contained appropriated fictional events, and failed to examine the primary sources in the defendants affidavit, that did not support the statements in his examination.
🍀 Do you think you've read everything historically factual about The Black Donnellys... well there's more... a lot more.
Court Documents have revealed that The Black Donnellys by Thomas P. Kelley contains factual information never thought to be possible.

I have concerns with the Winkler vs. Hendley copyright infringement decision. The court has concluded that proposed and plausible truth's should be accepted as historical facts, and how the decision undermines and affects proven, factual historical events
@chaptersindigo
Amazon, and Apple Books have removed the title "Black Donnellys" from their catalogue because it infringes the registered Canadian trademark "The Black Donnellys."
Indigo has been notified of the book in their catalogue but continues to sell the infringing title.
@Bell_Support
Bell is the WORST at resolving collections issues.
Bell is the only company I have ever dealt with where you can't provide them with documents by email to show that you made payments that they claim you never made.
I'm contemplating going to Rogers.
WARNING TO AUTHORS
If you have published a novel, and have presented the work as a "True Story", you no longer have copyright protection over the fictional elements according to The Federal Court decision Winkler vs Hendley.
