@pinkmelodybloom It's my delusional theory that Rufus will lie to everyone (Turks included) that Tseng died and then send him undercover to Wutai to help him deal with that mess. That way we get Tseng in the game AND the moment at Meteorfall where Rude Reno & Elena find out he survived.
