@virginmedia 1 - Recently moved, requested move with same package. Got email saying thanks for requesting changes to package, your bill is double what it usually is. I spoke to someone who said, we know you haven't changed your package.. it's just what happens when you move..
@virginmedia 2 - was told no DD would be taken in November.
Another email saying thanks for changing your package, changes made etc - including removal of a sim card that is currently in use. I didn't request changes. Found email saying we've tried to contact you on numerous occasions..

@virginmedia Hi, 3 unsuccessful calls again today. I can see so many others with same frustration. I have a number of issues to discuss and would like a conversation where each party can understand the other. I'm being overcharged and need to get this sorted.
