Company insolvencies was 3% higher than the pre-pandemic month January 2020. Driven up by an increase in CVL's which were 34% higher than pre-pandemic levels. Compulsory liquidations however, were 60% lower than pre-pandemic but this is going to change as HMRC become more active.
