@USDOT @SecretaryPete I had to tell three bawling children that we aren’t going to Disney because @SouthwestAir cancelled our flight today. Other SW flights left from Chicago - it’s not weather. No way to rebook, no responses - busy or disconnected. I demand compensation for a magical trip ruined.

@SouthwestAir I am extremely upset. We were taking our 3 children - 5, 7 and 8 - to Disney for the first time from Chicago. Our flight to Orlando is canceled, with no availability to rebook. Our speacial trip for our children is ruined. No alerts, no customer service, no sympathy.
