Watch a Rabid Responder in Sacramento, California, march into the middle of the street with her bullhorn, get a little too close to an ICE agent's vehicle, and end up with that bullhorn smacked right into her mouth.

Walking into traffic to block a federal vehicle isn't protest. It's impeding federal officers under 18 U.S.C. § 111, and it's a great way to find out what a bullhorn tastes like.
