Our friends @BRLObeer joined us for the first collab in our new home. The result is a delicious Hoppy Dark Lager bursting with floral, fruity notes from Huell Melon & Mandarina Hops with a roast coffee & chocolate backbone.

A bourbon barrel aged Imperial Red Rye, aged for 6 months in ex Scotch, Bourbon Barrels, notes of toasted wood, spice, toffee, caramel and a smooth bourbon kick can be expected.

Today is Locavore day, the day we harvest our hops from our farm in the Wicklow Mountains. We hand picked over 45kgs of hops for our 6th edition of Locavore. Thanks to everyone who came along to help us pick hops and get the brew on. #Locavore #HopHarvest
