@nitincra @KiaInd Same thing is happening with me. Booked Sonet GTX+ 7 DCT and its been 3 months+ after the waiting period. Lodged 3 complaints and never received any solution. You'll just get the empty assurances from @kiacareindia but you'll never receive proper solution. FYI @KiaInd

@kiacareindia @KiaInd Ended up raising another complaint. That makes a total of 3 complaints. Never received any call back/ solution for either of the complaints. @kiacareindia do you even check the complaints or just keep on registering & repeating the above statement?

@KiaInd Facing bad experience from the @kiacareindia and the dealership. Lodged multiple complaints but given same excuses, ‘You’ll get a call back in 24-48’ working hours’ which I never received. Its the 3rd month past the waiting period(written 25 weeks).

@kiacareindia @KiaInd @KiaInd Please look into this issue. This much delay is not expected. Its totally frustrating and not acceptable. No update from the dealership, no update from the @kiacareindia. What kind of game is this?

@KiaInd Its been 3 months past the waiting period, still no information about delivery of the vehicle, Customer service executives hanging up the calls. What else should I expect next? It’s really frustrating. Testing the patience of a customer. This is not done.

@KiaInd I did not receive any call from your team. Its really frustrating. My waiting period is already over and 3rd month started and no indication from the dealership. Not happy 😕.

@KiaInd I booked Sonet GTX+ in January 2022 and the waiting period given was 24-25 weeks( Written). Today its been 2+ months and there’s no proper update when the vehicle will get delivered from the showroom. To be honest, patience of a customer is being tested now.
