Complained in October about vibration & suspension leak. After 2 months, @OlaElectric replaced motor & suspension (paid by me). Scooter returned with jammed handlebar—can’t even ride it. It was smooth before service. Worst experience.

@OlaElectric Yesterday the scooter wasn't picked up from the location, and also I was getting a call from customer care in the evening yesterday, but wasn't able to pick up the call as I was on another important call. Hopefully today you will pick up the scooter!
