Thatsy asking clarificn from RTO whether it's ok to do that. We r paying more to live in our own state and can't we question that? I can't ask other state cm ryt?

I'm questioning about why we need to follow regn rules if any regd vehicles can be on road. If RTO says it's ok, I'm planning to buy vehicle from wherever the road tax is less.
