So I placed an order for Kalyan Jewellers Gift Card through Flipkart for 5k on December 12, 2025. At my end, I inputted an incorrect email id with a typo mistake. My email id has 1434 and in the rush I typed it as 1343.
or will get a call back from another executive. While waiting for this 4 hours to pass by, it struck me that why not check if the misspelt email id is still available or already in use. I created a new email id with the misspelt version and I was able to create it.
@flipkartsupport I am getting standard replies through the bot that it's already responded onto but the response is that it cannot be replaced whereas my complaint is that I never received the voucher! Can someone intelligent look into this please?
Since this particular voucher was stuck, I waited to bill the items on the next day. The next day, I received a call from a support executive to whom I explained the issue again and they asked for a 4 hour timeline by when this will be resolved
