@Google The case portal link provided by automated support remains completely inaccessible, preventing me from viewing updates directly. I attempted to cancel prior to renewal and have exhausted every standard customer support avenue in good faith.

Your workshop & support team are NOT taking my issue seriously. My Ola scooter had a dangerous problem where it shuts off automatically while riding. This is a serious safety hazard.

Double-check and FIX the issue properly. Once you are 100% sure it is permanently resolved, arrange RSA and drop my scooter at my home.
