@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI 🚨 Urgent Alert 🚨 Our SIM update has been stuck with VI's IT back office team for 3 days, causing major inconvenience. Shoutout to Prithiviraj & Milan from VI Rajkot store for their efforts, but the issue needs IT intervention.
