In the meantime when this was happening i also happen to contact Rapido Support Team, who were of no use to me in the situation. After 2 hrs when I finally reached my workplace and contacted the support team again they just lazily started sending me automated messages.

After this…. Because of rerouting the distance increased by 3 times. On top of this the driver then very unprofessionally dropped me to a wrong location which was 15 kms away from the original drop location.
I had to pay him an elevated fare and be late for my work.
