@rosittta27 @TTChelps @TTCnotices No offence girl, but the driver did service the stop and it was safe at the time to cross the intersection- by the time he got to the stop light it turned orange making it unsafe to stop again due to weather condition. I have driven larger vehicles so I understand what happened.
