I have told him that the glass mirror should be picked up carefully or in other tampo not with other items. He just refused it by saying thats the only way the orders get picked up. I mean how come the glass mirror will be dispatched with other items. I need help in this.

The manager at Delhivery showed unprofessional behaviour by failing to provide any resolution for broken glass mirror reported before delivery to customer. I am very disappointed he is not even addressing this issue.

There customer support is the worst even doing there work easy by sharing the delivery boy number. They are telling me maximum attempt. WTF they investigaed in the background. There are number of orders that goes in RTO coz of such fake attempts.

There is this awb - 23937010076436 someone i managed the delivery boy number and over call clearly said it on first day i came but didn't deliver it. Share the number to the delhivery and what they mail meof this maximum attempt bullshit

I have ordered the Samsung galaxy flip 7 on 17th OCT. The estimate they told me is on 28th oct. I have mailed and talked to customer support. They came with another date of 8 NOV but still not a shipping update.
Highly unprofessional.

I have been following up for the July weight dispute and mailed a number of times and no one is updating me. Even the manager allotted to me ignoring all the mail.
Why do you give us the manager. I want resolution on this ?

No one is updating the ticket yet. They are just ignoring the messages. I mean why ? First you guys don't attempt proper and then don't reattempt.
