@AmazonHelp No, I have never signed up for Amazon Fresh. I was referring to my Prime membership. Amazon Fresh It is not something available in our area and therefore nothing that was signed up for. I ended up resolving the issue myself by getting rid of a household.

@NevilleRay @TMobile @halocar_ How about you just make the service work.. I had zero problems with my Sprint service that I had for many years. Suddenly I have extremely slow service, can’t make calls, can’t receive calls. Need to use wifi at home cause the service doesn’t work at all there. Le sigh.
