@norththemage Ya I've seen ilvl requirements for pugs and GDKPs which is laughable to be sure but people are doing it.

@norththemage The GDKP and RMT scene has gotten out of control, and the ilvl requirements people are putting out there for what is essentially easy intro content needs some curtailing as well.

@joshcorbettpods I don't mind not being able to finish it quickly. What I don't like is each version shares the same unique status. If I get a peacebloom I want to hold it till I can finish it but not be kept from doing one for say heavy linen bandages. Make each type unique so I can take my time

@joshcorbettpods Oh one hundo percent. We normally do split VOA, Naxx, then Maly then Sarth 3D last. We had some wipes working on the 4H achievement which put us over time so had to do 3D next night. Threw us all outta wack. Had 3 wipes on 3D as a result when we normally 1 shot.

@Faelor @Yamstarch @joshcorbettpods Well you can take a look at Vanilla. Band of accuria was relevant nearly the entire game. Talisman was relevant most of the game. DFT was bis rest of the game. Different classes had bis items in MC that were relevant nearly the entire game.
That's how you do it.

@joshcorbettpods Aw this is so sad to hear. Maybe it's just Grob, but I talk to and chat with my 5 mans always. I run at least 1 normal or heroic a week just for fun. I'm in full T6 but I'm just there for a good time and I end up adding people to my friends list this way

@joshcorbettpods The biggest issue with LFD is imo the cross realm part of it. The short term convenience it provides kills the long term health of the player base. This is a case of players wanting more streamlining while forgetting what keeps them invested in the game in the first place.

@joshcorbettpods On the old private server Light's Hope there were 2 players that played like this. FullT2 hunter named Gordo who camped TM all day & called it his farm and a troll shaman named Redridge who camped Redridge 24/7. Sometimes I miss private servers
