It’s been 9yrs since I last owned a camera. From Nikon dslr to Sony mirrorless. Lots to learn with new tech developed since then.

Hopefully I get to use this extensively as intended for a new project I have set as a goal for me this year.

It’s overwhelming to say the least with all the hardware setup, software needs and script writing to make the first episode.

Started at 199lbs - sluggish & meh

2 weeks of new eating habit.
- 1 small pack of stevia for morning coffee w/ milk
- 1/2 cup rice breakfast & lunch
- limit coke zero
- dinner before 6pm
- no rice dinner

Regular exercise at least 30mins per day

Now down to 186lbs! #ppss ☺️

- Souvide for 2 hours
- Proper dry before sear
- Salt and Pepper 1min before grilling

On comparing her and former Sen. Trillanes' situation to that of Sen. Bato dela Rosa

With due respect, SP Sotto should not compare me or Sen. Trillanes with Sen. Bato’s situation. Our non-attendance in Senate sessions during our incumbency was involuntary. I could not be physically present in the Senate because I was in detention to face the fabricated charges filed against me then by the Duterte administration. On the other hand, Sen. Bato is running away from possible arrest by the ICC.

Kahit nakakulong ako noon at kahit mahirap dahil wala akong kahit anumang gadget, nagtatrabaho po ako bilang Senador sa pagpa-file ko ng maraming bills na ilan sa kanila ay naging batas. Nakiusap pa nga ako na mag-participate sa online sessions and hearings ng Senate during pandemic dahil ginagawa naman na yun, pero hindi napagbigyan ng mayorya ng Senado.

These matters of productivity in legislative output and the constant eagerness to join plenary sessions and committee hearings despite my unjust detention are clear evidence of work and intent to work. Wag nyo naman po kaming gamiting excuse sa hindi pagdisiplina sa isang delinkwenteng senador.

Let’s see if Bridgestone’s 7yrs is true. My Westlake tyres gave me 5yrs but still had a good amount of thread on it; but had to be replaced since it’s been more than 5yrs.
