@TideBusiness I just want to know if that sort code is eligible to switch out or not. No sensitive info here. Half of your customers have this sort code.

@TideBusiness can you confirm whether I can switch OUT of tide using the current account switch service if my sort code is 236972 (PPS). Your website says all accounts can switch in and out but I’m told this specific (older) sort code isn’t on the licence?
