The technical details:
This was on Russia's Express AM8 satellite at 14 West - the transponder at 11647 V which carries various Russian TV channels, including the Crimean versions of Rossiya 1 TV and Radio Rossii.
Russian satellites at 53 East and 56 East also disrupted recently.
