Time tested advice. I’ve lived in a Yurt out in the Gobi desert since prices stabilized in 2011. I’ll be damned if I get duped into owning anything until interest rates come back down to 1%. For now I pay rent to my Yurtlord. I have no equity, subsist on grass and milk and the occasional insect that comes in here, but my dropshipping business is doing about 1.2k a month so at about 85 when I’m a millionaire I’ll check to see if rates have come down and THEN I’ll buy.
