কোলকাতা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের কী পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাইরের বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়?? কোলকাতা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের কী UGC এর বাইরে? কোলকাতা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কেন UGC এর গাইড লাইন মানবে না তার জবাব বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়কে দিতে হবে। CU কে, অধিকার কে দিয়েছে ছাত্রছাত্রীর ভবিষ্যত নিয়ে ছিনিমিনি খেলতে।

90% of Universities are conducting online exams and the government is allowing them...then why isn't it allowing CU to take online exams?
Like all other universities Calcutta University hasn't finished syllabus.
