So either a r*pist goalie and his POS enabler buddy get the cup or it goes to the team that tried to sign the main perpetrator and has another one of the 5 signed on their affiliate team... don't ever fucking tell me that allegations ruin men's lives again.
#LetsGoOilers GM Stan Bowman on firing of Kris Knoblauch and assistant Mark Stuart: "Following a thorough review of this past season, we believe these changes are needed. We are grateful for the contributions both Kris and Mark have made to our organization and we wish them the best moving forward”
Ovechkin literally promoted the invasion of Ukraine in 2014 and participated in a recruitment campaign. He is the founder of Putin Team, of which Malkin is a member and everyone else supports. Get your shit together. And fuck your entertainers. Some things are more important.
The Olympics @iocmedia have utterly lost all sense of shame and are charging full speed ahead to reinstall Russia as it continues to wage a war of conquest to spread its fascist tyranny across Europe.
Unbelievable. Completely morally deranged.
In 4 years of war, exactly ONE russian NHL player expressed his anti-war position. ONE out of ~50 of them. They play comfortably in the US and Canada, get paid millions, and go back to russia in the off-season. But according to many hockey fans, they're still not rewarded enough.
You can make history, can represent ur country at the highest level, can inspire a nation of girls to dream, & they will still laugh in ur face. Every woman knows this feeling & it’s why we persist. Keep laughing while women’s hockey is one of the fastest-growing sports globally.

Although this is not an official Kremlin statement, the fact that a former Putin advisor publicly talks about nuclear strikes on European countries (explicitly naming Germany and the United Kingdom as his personal choice if he were deciding where to use nuclear weapons — as if picking an item off a store shelf) is not a detachment from reality — this is the russian political system itself. It’s like a monkey with a machine gun: power without responsibility, a constant threat to the world.
Such statements must be stopped immediately — at minimum through personal sanctions, placing these individuals on sanctions lists, and providing additional military support to Ukraine.
Impunity only encourages this rhetoric. And the nations of Germany and the United Kingdom, first and foremost, must understand this: this is the attitude russia has toward them. Perhaps after real consequences, these idiots will think twice before opening their mouths and threatening the world with nuclear annihilation.
Completely optional by the way. Players have politely declined the invitation in the past. Couldn’t imagine standing up there grinning while ICE is raiding the streets of America.
