Some people don't understand what extent anti AI means from person to person.

An artist may label themself as No AI but still accept refs while another won't. This all could be avoided w/ a simple message or just kindly decline the request

I'm anti AI but there are better ways to direct people away from using it.

Maybe this wasn't the intended tone but it read very hostile. We're more likely to move people away from AI if we gently explain the problem and we help them correct the issue.

@mavluck56 The client here did not need to be publicly blasted.

Instead, the artist could explain that they don't accept AI refs and instead ask them for a mood board, image references, etc.

If the client respected them, they'd comply. If not then that's it.

@mavluck56 Nobody can deny that we wont ever go back to what used to be. What we can do is smooth that transition as much as possible.

What isn't helping is publicly shaming and putting down someone who likely made a genuine mistake. I'd leave and never return if someone did that to me.

@Fauxrishi I think the most important thing to consider is whether the vtuber is comfortable sexualizing themselves in the first place.

Personally it's not something I can see myself doing so I choose not to. If I want to be seen, I'd rather change my approach to content creation 🤔
