Ordered product on the website had to get delivered shortly.
Received one product and the other product marked RTO. Refund was suppose to come within 7-10 working days but there is not response coming from there end about the whole thing.

no written confirmation provided after giving multiple reminders that the refund has been initiated, asking ARN Number - No Response , Calling the Customer Executive - they are literally disconnecting the call while I am speaking like nothing.
