@JumiaNigeria They won't even pick up calls. Why are we being treated this way? For items we already paid for? So what happens to our money if we're unable to pickup within 5 working days? We lose our money and items??? Call your Bonny Island pickup station to order please!!!
@JumiaNigeria We in Bonny Island are going through terrible treatment from your agents at the Hospital Road pickup station. They are super slow in attending to people, they open the office late. Yet we're having countdown to pickup our items or risk having them sent back. It's really terrible!
@accessbank_help You have managed to reverse 2 of the failed transfer transactions. What about the remaining 5 failed recharge transactions??? What year will they be reversed???
@accessbank_help Hello Access Bank. I don't know if anyone will bother to respond to this. I did 4 transactions yesterday for which I was debited but the people i sent money to, didn't receive it. Even now I'm trying to log into the app without success. What exactly is going on?
