it didn't effect my account and I still kept the money. (eBay paid). Now I wonder if he gets to keep the card or I get it back now? It says there's a refund in process but tells me I need to further action, after this I'm disabling my account on eBay...

One of the reasons why I stopped using eBay..

Sold (image below) for ~300$. Had a shipping error out of my control, but still got to the buyer decently quick. They make a case instantly, saying they didn't receive it when they did. They proceeded to say the PSA 10 isn't PSA 10,

worthy and they wanted a refund on the item. When the post said sold "as-is". I understand a card my not look like a 10, but if it got a 10 not much you can really do. They escalated it to a full refund, I denied it. They made another one and eBay refunded them completely but....
