@KaiserMordox @uncetateanmodel @RiotPhlox you are delusional if you think Hearsteel needs a nerf. It's the most 4fun item in the game. The only change I'd approve would be if they gave it less flat HP but more %HP scaling for even more fun overall but less good on non-tanks so squishy champs don't abuse it.
