@OPay_NG you people are worst!!, I received a transfer of ₦23,000 on April 12. However, on April 15, the money was removed from my account and marked as “pending” due to a report from the sender claiming it was an erroneous transfer.
May 20, the transaction status changed from “pending” to “successful,” but up till now, the beneficiary has not received the money. He has confirmed with his bank, and the funds have still not been credited. @OPay_NG
Since April 15, this issue has been going back and forth with no concrete solution. Every customer care representative I’ve spoken to keeps giving different explanations. It’s becoming frustrating and feels like there’s no proper coordination in handling this matter. @OPay_NG

@OPay_NG I received a payment on April 13th, but by April 15th, the money was suddenly placed on pending with a claim that it was an erroneous transfer. The sender has since resolved the issue with their bank and I was told to contact Opay for a refund.
I’ve reached out multiple times without any meaningful response. It’s unacceptable that my funds have been held for over a month without clarity or closure. This is totally unfair @OPay_NG
It’s now a month and the money still hasn’t been refunded or dropped in my account. Every time I reach out to customer service, I get different responses with no resolution. This is unacceptable.
