@AskPlayStation my ps5 is stuck in safe mode and won't update. I was already just going on to backup because day 1 the disc drive stopped working and now can't even get on it to back things up. Tried a chat and they just gave the link to troubleshoot and disconnected 😡

I am so bummed, after waiting almost 6 months to get my hands on a ps5 - including a month delay to ship it - day 1 the disk drive doesn't work and I have to send it in for repair and be without it for several more weeks. Haven't even got to really enjoy it yet @AskPlayStation

Whew, working in data/analytics/numbers for years and having an advanced degree in analytics and my head is still spinning at times keeping up with all of these results and projections coming in this morning. Kudos to these people on TV keeping it straight and relaying the info.

Shared with me at work and really hits home on how to better think about creating and measuring KPI's and metrics. Asking if Biff could fetch your metrics is a good way to ensure the metrics are clear enough. Bonus points for the BTTF reference 👍
