@OnlineCarpets the service is a joke, I know its difficult times but why are you not following up with people who's orders you put on hold if not respond to the email, that may sit in spam folder. My order expected tomorrow wont happen now and the fitter has nothing to fit.

@Vitality_UK while I am on holiday my vitality points seem to be registering against the wrong days, points earned on 1st jan for example are showing on the app under 31st dec. Any idea why?
