A mass global outage has taken businesses, including banks, airlines, telecommunications companies, TV and radio broadcasters, and supermarkets, offline.
Major US airlines have been grounded.
Issues have been reported in Australia, India, the United States, and New Zealand.
The outage seems to be affecting Windows PCs worldwide.
A vulnerability in Cacti was discovered that allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code on its residing server. The severity of this vuln is high, as it’s exploitable remotely and without user interaction whatsoever, with a critical 9.8 CVSS score.
