This hideous actor Tom Bateman with the pretty girl Lili Reinhart, I’m so tired of this trope we already got this with the ugly guy + pretty girl thing in When Harry Met Sally, except at least Billy Crystal can act unlike Tom. Lili saving this movie. I’d give it a 6/10.

I agree with this. That Tom dude is so damn ugly and on top of being ugly he looks so generic. I know they couldn’t afford to hire Adam Driver but they should’ve done whatever they could to get him, i know he’s ugly too but at least he was the inspiration for the book.
