I am pleased to announce v0.3 of the official BIP-110 activation client (link below).
This version contains some important bug fixes, so all users should update before activation occurs (still at least some weeks away).
@uvas23 Not true, we are at about 0.8% now. If we double every period for the next 4 periods, we will have 12.8% of the hashpower by the time mandatory signaling activates, which is more than enough for a sustainable chain that can wipe out the legacy chain.
I am pleased to report that there has been a flurry of new BIP-110 blocks, and that our hashrate has roughly doubled since last period: https://t.co/iqASKFZJWT
This period has been our most successful period yet, with more than double the hashpower of the last period!
Every period more miners are signaling readiness for BIP-110.
Prepare for activation!

The critics will screech "less than 1% signaling is laughable."
This ignores the incredible grassroots effort of BIP-110, largely a movement of the plebs, to get to this point when many said it wouldn't happen.
We are still very early, and momentum is on BIP-110's side.
Credit goes mostly to miner BIP110, but @Roughnecks110 and 234 Alberta have also made recent appearances, and all of our miners have remained steadfastly committed to signaling for sound, permissionless money as increasingly large miners join the effort.
We welcome "BIP110" as the latest miner to start signaling readiness for BIP-110!
Support continues to accelerate towards activation as we prepare for another record-setting signaling period.
Node operators are taking back control!

not
EDTS -Eliminate Data Temporary Softfork
Also, how does driving/facilitating txn to L2s whilst simultaneously inviting/facilitating spam on the L1 encourage payments outpricing spam?
@itsLIRAN@murchandamus@benthecarman If you would like to support CSAM on blockchains, just sell your Bitcoin and buy BSV.
I hear it's quite cheap these days.
@Ben_deWaal@murchandamus "If payments don't outprice spam [without spam filters], the entire concept of Bitcoin is a failure."
Another silly narrative.
Another miner joins BIP-110!
We welcome Black Jade Advisors, the first miner to lottery-mine a BIP-110 block.
Consensus marches on!
