Booked on 9th June, picked up on 11th June, reached Kozhikode on 13th June, and still not delivered to Kannur. Just a short distance away, yet the parcel is stuck in transit. Extremely slow and disappointing service.

Still not delivered. I had to call Flipkart regarding the delay, and only after my complaint the order suddenly got marked “Out for Delivery.”Very poor coordination from the delivery team. Customers shouldn’t have to followup jst to get an order moved. Hope @Flipkart takes action

Very disappointed with @Flipkart. Ordered a product bcz it showed delivery within 2 days, which is why I chose Flipkart over other sites and nearby stores. Now the delivery date is missed and pushed further by 2 more days. Customers make purchase decisions based on these promises

@delhivery Very poor service. Two of my orders from two different stores are still undelivered. All I get is the same copy-paste reply: "Sorry for the inconvenience."
This isn't customer service — it's just avoiding accountability.
