@darksistervis @bellefraser1 @NHLPA how many weeks can a player be a healthy scratch in the NHL? Do players have rights or do the new Utah owners control a player's ice time? Matias Maccelli hasn't played since Feb 8, 2025 and I can't imagine that's good for a player mentally or physically.

@bellefraser1 Is it normal to sit a player this many games just because he lost his "spark"? Or is it the expectation of the @utahhockeyclub to sit them and essentially quit (on) them? That's not a good message or image for their inaugural year.

@tallguynumber3 @Serenade_az Matias Maccelli is from Finland. His mom is American born and of Italian decent. His dad is Finnish. Great family. You will love watching Matias' game play on the ice. We housed him while he played in the USHL. Looking forward to visiting SLC next year!
