@LGIndia how long does it take to deliver a part? Raised a service req on 3rd sep, tech came & ordered parts on 4th
I was given the assurity that by today my monitor will be repaired, nothing in 20 days! Even after follow ups & escalations

Is this the service expected from #LG ?

For >10 days I am trying to book the "airport pickup/drop" but there's no reply. Raised to the respective escalations, to no avail.
Definitely not the service I had in mind.

If you cannot provide near-to said speed, with less latency, then pls do not advertise such. Having a 200Mbps plan, and this is the speed we get the majority of the time? Called customer care, was put on hold for 15mins, and the call was auto-cut

But how is this fair to the consumer? Someone placing an order now gets the delivery in a day, & the one who ordered way back is kept waiting. Stocking is certainly not an issue now as in a day delivery is guaranteed. How do u @AmazonHelp explain this?

@amazonIN for the same product, sold by the same seller to the same delivery address how come if I order now it's getting delivered by tomorrow, but I placed my order on 8th Oct yet, the product has not even been dispatched!! Why this disparity?

For the same product, you're promising delivery by Saturday, but I placed an order on 8th Oct, there's no update on it, just "order placed". Shouldn't ordering early give an earlier delivery? This is just unfair, not expected.

It has been over a month since we have applied for a refund of tolls that we paid on our trip, with no response.

This is a bad user experience, the fast tags are not recharged with sufficient balance. This has also happened on our recent trip
