Really poor experience with @ShiprocketIndia, @XpressBees_IN , similar delivery failure issues, the courier re-attempt is not happening and being rejected. Delivery boy unreachable AWB : 141123206870573 & AWB :141123206554237

@ShiprocketIndia This is the third of such instance where re-attempt requests were made from my end, but no delivery attempts where made. The system showed out for delivery for 15 min and then closed showing reason 'customer not reachable' In reality the customers were not even contacted

I am really dissatisfied with the service from @XpressBees_IN . A courier was supposed to be delivered on 6th oct and the delivery executives are inputting wrong comments and not delivering the package. I have raised 4 escalations already: Tracking no 141123206554237
