North Delhi: Sameer, a resident of Yadav Nagar, lives alone with his mother. He earns a living by driving an e-rickshaw from Jeevan Park. Recently, his e-rickshaw was stolen.
Sameer somehow managed to track down both his stolen e-rickshaw and the thief, capturing him himself. Afterwards, he brought the thief and his retrieved e-rickshaw to the police station to lodge a formal complaint.
However, it is alleged that instead of taking action on his complaint, the police officers severely beat Sameer himself.
