Now they have not given option connect the customer care,this very pathetic service. When I cal customer care it's saying ur appointment fixed at so & so time,tq for calling...we don't have option, whenever they give service we need to take...it's so hurting

HP team also not responded,ur Amazon people only said they wil pick it up & wil do proces for refund,since 14th I'm talking to ur team,on 27/10/23 & 07/11/23 they have initiated pickup but it didn't hapned,I hav paid 2 Amazon ,not HP right,Case No-5113237584,plz check

I have raised a complaint on 14th regarding there is an issue in my brand-new laptop, ur team couldn't able 2 arange servic enginer til today,I hav spokn wit ur team in 14th,17th,18th and 20th, evry1 sying in 24 to 48hrs servic enginer wil solve issue

I personally called many times Gandipet and GBL Service Centre bludart team for parcel,no one responded properly. U are not doing any charity,we are paying for u, absolutely not happy with your services,why don't you cal customer when the pincode is wrongw

@BlueDart_ On 4th of this Mothe parcel reached to Gandipet , Hyderabad.Till Now it's not delivered to Customer.Intracking it's showing pincode wrong,if pincode wrong you should have informed to the consignee or consigner, instead that u kept parcel under your ass and troubling

I had to collect the parcel by traveling 15km in Hyd traffic.Your team simply saying delivery boy is not available to that area, instead keeping my parcel under your ass you should have called me,our company image is spoiling because of your poor service
