@TMobile I visited a store today but sadly the person was unable to answer questions and had to keep checking with an associate (manager?) - perhaps because they were not T-Mobile formerly. Hoping someone can help me here!

@TMobile@TMobileHelp have been looking at switching to your mobile and home internet. Received an offer in the mail that looks good. I went online and it says home internet not available in my area!! I know it is because I’ve had it - glitches, but I did have.
@turbotax DM is a link to request a refund which will be processed in 7-10 days. What a joke your company is now. I can’t file my taxes with your software and cannot get a refund. Not to mention you should pay me for alerting you to the issue with your software. #TurboTaxFail
