@TouchlineX@Romain_Molina It's not his fault his midfield came to the world cup to pass the ball around to eachother sideways and backwards. He is a good coach he just needed to force vertical play through substitutions earlier.
@athometrave1er@CBSSportsGolazo@ChrisWittyngham So it was his fault Bruno & Joao Felix missed their chances? Its his fault nobody else steps up and scores?? The 41 year old is to blame? This is soooo lazy and lame
@Alph__Utd It shows Ronaldo is loved by millions no matter how hard people try and discredit his achievements. Also Zlatan, if you had fought this hard as a player against Cristiano maybe he wouldn't have smoked you and Sweden in 2013. Im sure that still stings.
@tpldude@jmeyels That's your opinion & nothing wrong with it. To me IMO it requires more "talent" to play equally well with both feet. To be lethal with your head, to shoot from 35 yards & beat keepers, to score bicycle kicks. Does Messi have these talents better than CR? They are different.
@futbolmundialsp@kitty1393859 So why is Maldini there? Great player who never won a World Cup, much less an international trophy with a then mighty Italy. Make it make sense.
@fcbgm But...but...Messi doesn't care about stats and personal awards, LMAO. More BS his worshipers try and peddle. He cares just as much as Ronaldo does he just hides it and has favorable PR & Media. This has been obvious since 2010.
@jmeyels Football is a game where players play different positions & those positions are required to do different things well. Instead of looking at GOAT as one single player it makes more sense to say GOAT at your position. Messi is the GOAT #10 Ronaldo #7 they played different positions
@tpldude@jmeyels Ronaldo had multiple years where he was objectively the best player on planet earth like 2008, 2013/14, 2016-2018. That alone gives him merit to argue he is on par with Messi in terms of being an all time great especially with his goal scoring records.
@HendrickD82 You said he had a stinker in the 2006 semi final against France, I can see you never watched that game he was the most dangerous player on the entire pitch that game. Also Messi's entire knock out goal history came in the 2022 WC and it was heavily aided by penalties, be honest.
@CBSSportsGolazo@MikeGrella10 How many International trophies did Argentina have before Messi & how many did Portugal have before Ronaldo? Also, there is this elite competition that is played in Europe every year, its called the Champions League. Maybe brush up on it so you dont sound so dumb.
@samson_samsen Cristiano Ronaldo is a top 5 all time player whether you like it or not and no amount of downplaying or minimizing his achievements will ever change that. The man will retire as Football's, the UCL, the Euro and International Football's all time top goal scorer
@samson_samsen He gets compared to him because he took 5 Ballon D'Or away from him....FIVE. He won 5 UCL while being the best player on his team and top scorer of the competition in all 5 UCL during the same time Messi was playing at Barca & the only international trophies his country ever won
@MK_Arsenal1@MadridPreeti And yet the player who plays for himself won more prem leagues despite only playing 7 years there and 5 Champions leagues to Henry's 1 which he only won at Barcelona well past his prime.
@MadridPreeti If you take all of Henry & Zlatan's goals & combine them Ronaldo still has more by himself. Let that sink in. 2 of the best strikers of modern football combined still outscored by a player that played winger almost as long as he played forward. This is why they hate.
@TARIQALNOFAL Messi gets a Champions League in 2006 for doing absolutely nothing. Ronaldo was best player and top scorer of team and UCL for all 5 of his. Huge difference between Ronaldo's 5 and Messi's 4 (really 3)
