@YourCommissary your complaint forms do not allow them to be sent. Ft Buchanan seems to have big problems with the freezers and have for a few yrs. Most of the time there’s no ice cream or very little due to out of stock or broken freezer.

We were asked by DAV chapter 8 in Arroyo to attend a Memorial Day event in Arroyo that was a combined event with the American Legion. It was an honor to attend the event

I received a phone call from a veteran who wanted to have flowers put on his fathers grave and he was in Florida and his father’s grave site is at the National Cemetery in San Juan

The Dept of Puerto Rico and Chapter 16 and the NSO, greeted every veteran from 4pm to 8pm and answered questions about claims and information about DAV

Today we said goodbye to one of our own Harry Hauck

Puerto Rico sports hall of fame legend Harry Hauck passed away yesterday at 92. He was a frogman in the Navy and was very active in Chapter16 until Covid slowed us down.

Chapter16 members made sure our 92 yrs young Puerto Rico’s living legend was taken care of on thanksgiving and wished him happy birthday that was earlier in the month

Today DAV Department of Puerto Rico was honored today in recognition of DAV’s 200 birthday
