The Rotaract club of DAV College Chandigarh organised 'The Witching Hours' on the scary night of Halloween.

The rotaractors came up with spine-tingling creepy stories that made our blood run cold.

There is no Halloween like the Halloween in the wizarding world. To celebrate the Halloween week, this year the Rotaract Club of DAV College Chandigarh collaborated with RAC_MCMDAV to organise a Harry Potter themed MUN and quiz night on 30th and 31st October 2020.

Rotaract Club of DAV College Chandigarh organised Meal-Reveal-an awareness campaign on 17 October 2020 on the occasion of International Food Day. The children were informed about adulteration.
The presentation contained the experiments to check the purity of food.

RAC-DAV, Chd organised 'KRITAGYA' meaning Grateful on 8 Oct 2020 - an initiative to make tiny tots giggle and smile a little more.

Rotaractors went to an orphanage and brought some toys and board games with them which were distributed among the kids.

The Rotaract Club of DAV College Chandigarh organised an event to observe International Day of Sign Languages.

The rotaracters imitated a sign each from the deaf-alphabets with their hands to promote sign language.

RAC-DAVC celebrated International Peace day as Rotaracters were allotted a word from a peace quote.They wrote the given word and clicked a photo with the placard held in front of them.

It was great to see rotaracters coming together to give a beautiful message of world peace.

Since fitness has become a necessity to build a stronger immune system during the times if pandemic, the RAC-DAVC, CHD organized 'FIT Squad' on 29 August 2020. The event focused on performing simple exercises like running, yoga and cycling that help us to stay fit and active.

The participants came from various parts to share the traditional dishes that hold cultural significance.

RAC-DAVC organized 'Vinayaka' to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi. The Rotaracters made small idols of eco-friendly Ganpati with biodegradable materials like clay, chocolate, flour etc. What made these Ganpatis special was implanting the seeds medicinal plants in them. #RAC_DAVC

The Rotaract Club of DAV College Chandigarh organised ‘SAINIK’-an interactive session with the Indian Army, to celebrate Independence Day. The chief guest of the event was Nayak Neeraj Pandey who is serving as a medical officer in the Indian Army unit of Drass(near Kargil).

The Rotaract club of DAV College along with Rotary Chandigarh organized a plantation drive on 24 July 2020. The trees were planted on the roadside of sector 38 west . The whole roadside was covered with new plant saplings by the volunteers. #rotaract #rotaryinternational

Yet another feather was added to the cap of our club when the club was awarded 2019-20 Rotary Citation with platinum distinction for our efforts and support towards its social welfare activities and connecting the world through our service, throughout the rota-year.
