Mwisho, I was once part of a delegation on a conducted visit to Mukobeko Maximum Prison in Kabwe.

In 2015.

The facility houses some of Zambia's most notorious criminals.

The outcast and rejected men of society.

As we navigated our way through the heavy metallic layers of security checkpoints and narrow pathways leading into the slammer, one warder remarked:

'After this visit, you will appreciate the freedom you take for granted out there.'

One prison visit will change your outlook on life.

My heart sunk. The lives of those men shackled behind those walls.

That argument or fight you are desperately itching to win may result in drastic life changing consequences.

Walk away.

It is not every dispute you need to win.
