@NoSquish @WestUrbJT In my case it was going N on Platte getting to turn left on Lakewood Gulch. I saw the bike in advance, but no or little pedaling motion. But as you said, he was going 20+mph and I had to stop my left turn to avoid his turning right onto Lakewood Gulch. Agree it is the rider.
